I made this design for a local artist in 1998. I made it in bits and pieces in back of a house a half a mile east of Philo, California. The site was in an area that tended to flood, so I spent a large amount of time recruiting earth from outside the design to build it up.

The client felt immediately relaxed when she sat on the central mound. She used to hold band practices within the design and spent time practicing and creating new songs. It is interesting to note that in sacred geometry, the vesica piscis is entitled "the mother of all forms," given its geometric ability to make equal sided triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon, octogon, etc.
